Dear Sir,
My Tata Docomo Mobile No: 9033611835 was Subscribed to a service named mobileTV without my permission & a balance of Rs. 99 was deducted from my Account.
The Text message regarding the same was sent to me/was received on my mobile at 12:48 AM on 9th January, 2013 saying that you have subscribet to MobileTV service and so we have deducted Rs. 99 at 22:59 on 8th January, 2013.
After calling for two days to the Costumer care (As 1ast call on 9th january was put on hold for more than 45 Minuites & then I couldnt contact them due to their policy on the same day), they have refunded only Rs. 30 saying its company Policy.
So I want refund of total of my unfair deduction which is Rs. 99.
To be very clear, It is not about Rs. 99 , It is about unfair practice the company is following.
Today they have deducted Rs. 99 and refunded Rs. 30 only as per company policy, tomorrow they will deduct much more amount & again limit their refund policy to Rs. 10 only then ??
