Name of company/service: bsnl mobile service
Rs128/ first and then Rs 11/ deducted on 23rd may 2012 from my sim without any information. This is not done for the forst time rather whenever there is excess of money they do same. first they assured that proper responce shall be given but lastly they said money shall not be refunded but we can assure that this will not be repeated. I want my money back.
