I have no alternate number and as per trail mail i have no complaint about time duration.
My complain relates to wrong Rate billed.
As you know up to Feb 2012 my call Rate is Rs. 0.30 per minute for local calls
and after Feb 2012 my billing comes on the Rate Rs. 2.00 per minute for local calls
I paid all bills up to outstanding bill amount on billed rate but no one resolve this issue that’s why I wrote to Vodafone please resolve the issue and hold the payments.
When ever revised bill send to me i Make the payment immediately.
and keep your words saloni as a Vodafone Representative,

It is not only a matter of payment it is a matter of honest and efficient service form Vodafone cell.

as you know the complain number generated form your Vodafone customer care if they are generating false complain number.
it also a way to misguide the customer. and this type of working shows the irresponsible behavior of employes of Vodafone. How you can presume to pay wrong billed amount after so many telephonic discussion and writing emails.

Now i request you to kindly convey me.
1) whether I need to write my complain to each individual of the vodafone sepreately or I have to write my complain to vodafone complain cell only. I thought i need to deal with Vodafone rather than so many individuals.
2) you are hereby requested to kindly tel me that is it not a ” harassment ” of a customer who has prided him self to be a part of Vodafone/ Hutch family I have been using Vodafone since 2007 and I never thought that Vodafone will do such injustice to a responsible customer like me
