Applying for refund my Rs-775/-

Name of company/service: flip-kart

i ordered a sony head phone 6 dec’12(order id is
OD21206161794) but i cancel it bocz i want green color but miss take
li i choose back.that is why i canceled it..but my amount not refund
.i am calling customer service in flip kart.but not responding they told wait for
3day 2 day but not refund my amount .so plz kindly looking my case as
