Regarding repeated brekdown of Refrigerator

Name of company/service: Godrej & boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd.-Appliance Devision

i have purchased a refrigerator (Edge/ single door/direct cool) on 22/06/12(Ms. Saba Auto Traders, Bill no. 8150, dated 22/06/12.Bot Refrigerator get breakdown four times after that in month of August/ September / October and now on 1st of Jan. Every time i file complained, they send a mechanic for repair but after few days i have to face the same problem. Now i want to replace my refrigerator with new one, but after calling at Customer care, they denied and told that we can only repair after selling the item.
Kindly look into matter, since once warranty will expire on 21/07/2012 they simply denied for even repairing.
