deducte my balance without any proper reason

Name of company/service: Tatadocomo mobile

Hi,

I want refund my unwanted deduction of Rs.99 from my account. and i have recharge my account with 250 Rs and get 1gb 3G data and unlimited 2G data. Nevertheless, how deducted 99 rs from my account. and i have not downloaded any application.
So, please refund my balance of Rs. 99, which you deducted from my account balance…..my mobile no.:- 9033126762
99 rs. is very important for any person..and they have deducted imiditaly its not fare…please give some actions…

    this is not only you… its with everyone…. they will refund to some extent… later on 25 , 35 , 55 ,,66, all kinds of deduction will start.. its high time MNP it

    The VAS service has been deactivated also an amount of Rs. 99/- already credited back to the account.
