I had purchased an internal hard disk for my laptop before 1 year with 3 year warranty. I had given it for repair under warranty period due to some defect on 27 Nov 2012.Normal replacement period is 1 to 2 Week as per companies policy but around 1 month had been passed I doesn’t get it back. I called service center many a time where I had given drive for replacement but every time they will tell that you will get it back in 2-3 days. It is causing lots of hardships to me. Please help for the same……
