TAKING EXTRA CALL CHARGES ON 31 DEC AND 01 JAN

Name of company/service: RELIANCE GSM MOBILE SERVICE

RESPECTED SIR
I AM USING RELIANCE GSM PREPAID MOBILE SERVICE SINCE LAST 2 YEARS.ITS CALL CHARGE FOR STD IS 30 PAISE PER MINUTE AFTER A TARIFF OF Rs36 with 28 days VALIDITY. BUT TODAY THEY CHARGED ME Rs 1.5 per minute of STD CALL AND WHEN I ASKED CUSTER CARE REP HE TOLD TODAY(31 DEC) AND 1ST JAN IS BLACK DAY AND NO PLANS ARE APPLIED. SO I REQUEST U TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER THAT HOW THEY R CHARGING MORE FOR A SPECIAL DAY AND THEY WILL NOT EVEN ADD THIS 2 DAYS EXTRA TO MY TARRIF PLAN. LET THEM NOT TO BLACK ON CALL CHARGES FOR SUCH OCCASIONAL DAYS.

    yes the same case iffor me too. without any prior information they charged me from my main balance and i have lost 50 rupees without knowing their cheating strategy
