I Prarambh P. Shah, a user of RELIANCE GSM connection (Mobile No: 9016349057 Registered on name of my father Pradip J. Shah) is in regular use of a GPRS pack of Rs.47 providing 100mb of GPRS data/day for 30days. Since past 3months i am facing problem of double deduction (i.e. 47+47) every month after i have opted for auto renewal option. Latest renewal deduction was done on 17/12/12 of Rs. 47+47(Rs.47 Wrongly deducted). I noted a complain thrice on 198 customer care number on 17/12/12, 27/12/12, 31/12/12 respectively but the response was rude and unsatisfactory. Lastly they also refused to note my complain and try to resolve it further. I also went to reliance center 5 times but they say they cannot help me and complaining on 198 is the only option. Being in teen age internet has become a necessary part of my life both acadamically and socially. It has been 14days now but still i have not got my refund nor i was provided with service for which charges were deducted. Lastly(on 31/12/12) I had to recharge my account with Rs.47 again to avail GPRS service. I hope resorting to Consumer Forum will quickly help me with my problem and take strict action against company who deducts charges wrongly and also never provides proper service.
