icicilombard : vehicle insurance policy with wrong vehicle number

Name of company/service: icicilombard

Hi
I have taken insurance policy from icicilombard with my vehicle number is GJ-27 IC -0019 and paid full money for the insurance. When I have received my policy and I found the policy is with below changed number: GJ-27 1C -0019.

They have changed I to 1 and when I have call representative and they are telling me that this is the system fault and denied to change me. Then give reason we can’t do it as our system always consider I to 1.
