Refund(TDR) from railway

Location/place: Bokaro Steel City

Name of company/service: IRCTC ( Railway)

I had filed an online TDR against a RAILWAY e-ticket,due to my inability to make the journry, with following details-

Transaction id- 0456859612 , PNR No. -6207003062 , Dt of journey & date of filing TDR: 15-Feb-2012

As per the rule,an e-ticket cann’t be cancelled directly online or from any counter after the chart is prepared, so one has to file TDR for the due refund.Accordingly , I did the same.
First , the refund was declined and regretted without any valid reason.On further persuance and insistance with irctc through mail(of Customer care) , the case was referred to the respective railway deptt.

So much time has lapsed since feb-2012,my refund has not been resolved.
