Respected Sir,
I had purchased an LG LCD (42LK430)on 27th October 2011. It had a warranty of 1 year. The panel/display had some blackening issues in April 2012. I submitted a complain with LG and they fixed the issue by changing the entire LCD panel.
Now the problem has resurfaced in December 2012 and after making a call to LG customer care (dated 14 DEC 2012, complain number :-CNA121214288633) the executives say that since the LCD is out of warranty I will be charged Rs.14000 for replacing the component.
How is it possible for the main component that is the panel to get damaged twice in a years period.
Kindly look in the issue.
