Post paid mobile connection in the name of my deceased Father

Location/place: Pune

Name of company/service: Vodafone India

I am using Vodafone Post paid connection – 8698891040.
I am an employee of Indusind Bank and the the Bank has a corporate tie up with Vodafone. In other words, bill generated will be paid by the Bank.

Painfully, I state that I had submitted all my KYC documents and the connection has been given to me in my Father’s name who passed away some 30 years back.

This error done by Vodafone has caused me enormous pain.
