Postpaid Mobile Bill Clarification

Hi,
I am a Platinum customer of Airtel Mobile Postpaid service and I am using this service since 4 years.
I got my Postpaid Mobile Bill 6 days back and it’s showing Rs 2014 (Unbilled Amount). I call customer care and asked for clarification of bill that how its goes to Rs 2014. But they didn’t respond and not able to satisfy me.
