not recieved 50 rs recharge amount in my account

respected sir,
i am a costumer of reliance mobile network having prepaid mobile no of 9510156178.sir i recharged my mobile 0n 13/12/2012 with the amount of rs 50.i recieved the message of the successful recharge on my mobile,but my account is showing zero balance.i have not activated any scheme.i have not dialled any number (spoken to) which you can check from my call history from the mobile company directory.this is my 3 complaint sir.when i check in the last recharge done on my mobile phone it tells about the succesfull recharge.i am not able to make call as my balance is zero.sir do the needfull so that i donot face further problem.
