Scorpio Chassis Manufacturing Defect

Dear Concerned,

I would like to bring into your notice that recently i bought Mahindra Scorpio on dated 30-Aug-12 Registration no.-UP90H9242 from Brijraj Motors Allahabad U.P,

I am very disappointed to let you know that i found heavy cracks on the End cross member of Chassis in the vehicle.
while i was wondering that how come this heavy cracks can occur on the Chassis which is the backbone of the vehicle.

I would also like to brief you that i am currently living in Rudrapur while i was driving to one of the local place i.e Haldwani i thought the damage in the chassis might be due to the Bad road conditions but as a lame man i went to one of the local dealers i.e Bajrang Motors they suggested that this might be a manufacturing defect in the chassis and the chassis has been damaged ,so i myself decided to see where is the problem exactly and found out there are cracks in the brackets and many more welding defect i have attached the Photographs which might help you to understand the problem.

Sir i have purchased this vehicle @ Rs.9.36 Lacs and if vehicle has these type of manufacturing defects it is not at all acceptable

i would request your customer care person to have an active involvement in solving and clarifying the problems.

Some of the defect i would like to mention which i have seen are

1. Heavy Crack on Suspension Bracket.
2. Poor Welding on upper arm bracket.
3. Poor Welding on Chassis joints.

I would also request you to kindly acknowledge my mail so that i get to understand that my problem has been registered and also make me believe that my faith over my vehicle is not shaken.
