we stay in mumbai but visit our farm house barney village karjat (mesa farms)once a week.we have no proper electricity since a week and it always goes and commes throught the year i have complained many times , in the mseb office ,i get a constent bill of rs 700 with usage also.
we r fed up of the electrict probleom pls tell me what to do or should i go to court
