The subject company is operating from the following address as per the information available in the web site:

During February,2012 they have organised an online contest for an APPLE IPHONE 4S with a bid amount of Rs.444/- from each participant. As per the web site it was given to understand that the lucky winner would get APPLE IPHONE.4S or the refund of the bid amount. The amount was collected by the Company from various participants. I have also participated in the contest by transferring an amount of Rs.444/- on 15-02-2012. It was informed that the contest results would be announced after a month. The Company failed to inform the name of the winner to the participants in spite of lapse of more than 2 months . I do not know who has been declared as winner. I presumed that I was not a successful bidder and hence called back the amount on 26-5-2012. Then I was informed that the amount would not be refunded in cash but would be given in the form of credit points which can be utilised for purchase of any other items. They have also informed that the credit points would DISAPPEAR after a period of 3 months. This point was not informed in the initial stage nor in the web site at a conspicuous page.
After my persistent correspondence they have informed that they would give back the credit points once again shortly which has to be utilised within 7 days. They never did so in spite of my several reminders. Since then each department ([email protected]; [email protected]) has been playing evasive tactics and drag on games without doing the needful.
Finally, the company has neither refunded the bid amount of Rs.444/- by cheque nor by credit points nor by sending the items indented.
Taking into account of the behaviour, & evasive emails received (available in my record) I have concluded that it is an ONLINE CHEATING COMPANY which deserves your attention and treatment.
I request you to kindly entrust the job of investigation to strict officers to find the extent of cheating made to the public, in the larger interest of the society and also instruct the said company to refund my bid amount of Rs.444/- without any further lapse of time.
