Name of company/service: Param Communication D-174, Okhla, Phase-1 New Delhi – 110020

I have taken a post paid internet data connection from Param Communication D-174, Okhla, Phase-1 New Delhi – 110020 on 17th of Dec 2012. The plan that was told to me was a 1GB plan which have initial 512MB of data as 3G and next 512MB as 2G. I was told that the plan charge is 150/- per month. This is the plan that was committed to me. The executive that have came to explain me this plan also took 300/- as security deposite.

When the connection was activated I called the customer care to enquire about this plan. To my surprise I came to know from customer care that such plan does not exists and I was given a plan of 3G with the limit of 300MB of data with the monthly charge of 100/-. I then called the Param communication office to ask them what is the relity and the person there told me that there is no such plan which is given to me and that was committed to me.

The commitments as given by Airtel Partner were not fulfilled. After seeing the behavior of your Airtel Partner and there ignorance towards the case by not picking up calls and not providing any of the information, we were definitely got a bad impression about Airtel services and support & in near future we will keep this as reference.
