Kingfisher Airlines Ltd. Complaints – Postponing refund date

After getting flight cancellation information on 30th october, 2012, I called kingfisher airlines(KFA) on 2nd november, 2012 regarding refund and I got assurance that refund will be done by 14th november, 2012. To my surprise I did not got any refund by 16th november, 2012. I called back again on 16th november, 2012 and KFA executive told that refund was not processed because of payment gateway failure problem and now they are processing refund manually, quoting me the cancellation reference number: 0900470517091 and assured me that it will be done by 28th november, 2012. I checked back my account details for refund on 28th november, 2012, there was no refund at that time as well. I called KFA again, and now I got to know a new thing that previously their payment gateway was frozen by government authorities(where there was no public news for the same) so they were not able to process the refund. And assured that since this problem has been resolved they will refund me complete amount by 20th december. On 20th december, 2012 I call back again to know refund status which was not yet processed, KFA executive replied that since they have now planned to start there flights from 15 january, 2013, so I will be getting my refund by end of december or first week of january. Today, on 21st november when I called again I got to know a new story that their payment gateway is still not proper, so it will take time. I have lost my confidence as to a company showing such behaviour to customers is not good. Also it has caused already a lot of inconvenience to me. This is no way of dealing and I am no longer bothered with any of their excuse I have mentioned it during the call that if their is some technical glitches I will take cash from any of their counter in bangalore. I now realize that it was my biggest mistake of life to book my ticket with kingfisher airlines. I will never book my flights with Kingfisher Airlines even if it starts again as firstly you will have to face inconvenience due to cancellation of flights and then they will not process your refund by simply postponing it to future dates.
