A/C Bus or Non A/C Bus

Name of company/service: A.G.Holiday

when i booked the ticket for four people travelling to rishikesh from Anand vihar, delhi I was told that bus is an A/C bus but when I boardsd the bus I realized it was non A/C bus. I have bus ticket to support my claim.
