dear sir,

I herby want to inform that from last five day from 16/12/2012 till today my set top box tv provider is not attending my complaint and i am facing tv blackout. my complain no is D/121216/18 and there is no response from mtnl-iptv and no one has visited to attend the complain yet and every day there customer care says they will arrange a visit today but no one visit. i am fed up of complaining every day to there customer care and fed up of listening same thing but no solution and who will pay for those five day tv blackout.
