I am ur valuable customer as u tell and ur senior….inspite telling from senior that u will not be charged unnecessarry agin..weekly my balance is cut…again and again for various service…
so listen my this problem which occur yesterday night:
i have recharged through etop up on 14th dec 2012 with rs 42 in which i get 1000min for local onnet calls for 28days…so i am talking from 10pm to 5pm in min from 14th…yesterday night i call at 11:00 pm and i talk 01:19:31 hrs as i think it will cut from minutes but as i talking call disconnect and shows that balance of rs 17.83 cut and balance is 00.47….
u can check by retreiving my call details from 14th at time when i recharged and get 1000min how much i talk till yesterday night 11:00 pm then u can determine how much min used from 1000min…as ur customer care executives said that there is no min….
this is the main problem of ur compant to deduct unnecessarry balane…i want my balance refund and my min in my account…
i am also mailing to head of consumer forum…
please forward ur senior….
i will wait till tomorrow then i will port to idea….then i dont want a call that i will give u balance please dont port and all…
