3G Data balance is not credited to my account

Name of company/service: Idea cellular Ltd

I had recharged my idea cellular mobile connection(8153906003) through ideal cellular online recharge service using internet banking facility(18.12.12) for an amount R.s. 445À- (3G). I received messages from both bank and idea saying, the transaction was successful. But yet the 3G Data balance is not credited to my account.
