Hello,
I would like to raise complaint on Tata Docomo([email protected]) & Blue Inc([email protected]) both,Bangalore.
We are private limited company manufacturing wires & cables & are also in trading.
Blue Inc is the distributor for the Tata Docomo who gave us the corporate connection of 899 unlimited plan & CUG & ipad 3g connection(Which is never on 3G).
Our Trading office is situated in Chickpet where connectivity is the problem & no connection in our building.
We informed the connectivity problem to the distributor and have check before going the corporate connection to us. He committed that in case of problem then raise a complaint and within 15 days routers & repeaters will be installed in the building & issue would resolve.
We did raise the complaint for above, tata engineer visited our premises and found there is problem & repeaters need to be installed.
At beginning it was confirmed from them that it will be installed within one week.But nothing happened as said.They kept delaying and postponing the process and on numerous calls & mails to them, they kept on giving irrelevant excuses.
Till now now nothing happened( since four months).
At beginning distributor was co-operating & was trying for issue to get resolved but now even he trying to escape from this issue and avoiding the phone calls.At one instance even he is helpless where Tata Docomo has to resolve the issue. But he agreed on commitment given the distributor hence there is no escape for him as we ported from Vodafone to Tata on his commitment.
Because of this there is lots problem, phone is always(18 hrs at day)not reachable and customer could reach us on time & this creating business loss to us.
We cannot change the number as our client base is huge & can’t afford to change the change.
Please kindly help us resolve in this matter.
