Changing from reliance to airtel

Name of company/service: Reliance Communication

Sir actually i want to change the service from reliane to airtel.
i am already follow all the procedure but i am not getting any response from the reliance.
i am also calling to customer care so many times but they also told tomorrow we can resolve but tomorrow never come from last 10 days.
