default problem in new sony home theatre

I had bought sony hometheatre bdve490 from sargam electronics rajouri garden on the eve of auspicious ocassion of diwali that is 11th november 2012 and since then it turned out to be nightmare for me to turn up this device. nobody came for demo and installation for first 12 days. after registering call several times the person turned up on 27th november 2012. On the day itself demo couldnt be started due to some default configuration problem in the blueray hometheater that is demo play which comes onto screen of blueray device when tuning for fm. demo person stated its service problem and for that he droped the mail to sony.week past by nothing happend i again registered the complainy and demo after fixing of the problem this time demonstration turned up before issue got resolved and same process happend again nobody turned up for the actual cause or problem. i again register the complaint in sony customer care this time technical person comes to my place and he also couldnt do anything just took my feedback and said your hometheater will be replaced soon. its almost 3 days of now nothing i waiting for than a month for this damn home theater to get started and i am now frustrated dont want this thing any more but my full money back. please help
