Post paid deposit not refund by Aircel

Dear Sir,
after a long waiting , i just want to take action against this type of wrong service.
I have not received my deposit money from Aircel, since my connection got disconnected from 08/05/2012.
After a long mail conversation they are not reverting my money , only i am getting mails , mentioning we will revert you shortly.
