This has become a regular malpractice by most restaurents in Mumbai. They charge 20% VAt on all drinks served weather alcoholic or not. 20% VAT is only for alchoholic beverages and not ariated drinks. The same happened with me at Quattros restaurent 7, Senapati Bapat Marg, Opp Phoeix mills , Lower Parel – W , Mumbai -400 013. tel :67496444
