DELAY IN ACTIVATION OF NEW SIM CARD

I PURCHASED AN IDEA PREPAID SIM CARD ON 01.12.2012 WHICH WAS DUE TO ACTIVATE BY 03.12.2012 , BUT IT DIDNOT. ON ENQUIRING AT THE RETAILER IT WAS FOUND THAT MY FORM WAS NOT FILL PROPERLY. AFTER FILLING A NEW FORM COMPLETELY, I WAS GIVEN A NEW DUE DATE OF 07.12.2012.
BUT, UNFORTUNATELY MY SIM CARD DIDN’T ACTIVATE . I IMMEDIATELY FILLED A COMPLAIN WITH THE IDEA CUSTOMER CARE (LAST 4 DIGIT OF COMPLAIN NO. :1325) UPON WHICH I WAS INFORMED THAT MY SIM WILL BE ACTIVATED ON 13.12.2012 BY 1600 HRS. BUT IT AGAIN FAILED TO ACTIVATE . . PLEASE HELP. .
