Respected Sir / Madam,
My name is Aritra Mukhopadhyay. I bought a Honda CBR-150R 6 months ago from DUGAR Honda, Kolkata bearing reg WB-16-AA-5261. It was a hectic process to get the bike registered due to the carelessness of the DUGAR Honda Shop.
3 months ago , I met with an accident due to which the front part of the bike got damaged. My bike was given to service center the next day of the accident for repairing
Till today my bike is not repaired due to unavailability of the parts.Neither the company nor the service center is taking it seriously enough as my bike is off-road for more than 3 months and I bought my bike for my daily communication to my office which is 30kms away.
A week ago according the the service center all the parts arrived, but a part was wrongly delivered and they have again placed an order for it.
I am afraid it is again going to take next 3 months for it to get delivered as it took i the first case.
Please look into this matter and do the needful as nobody seems to take it seriously.
