P.F. is not received after 2 years

Name of company/service: Murzello Metal Finish Systems Pvt. Ltd.

Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to state that I joined Murzello Metal Finish Systems Pvt. Ltd. on August , 2009 as Engineer at Chembur Mumbai office. I resigned from company in Aug 2010.Till now I dint receive my PF from the EPFO, Vashi, Mumbai office or my company office. When i contacted my company they told me that they already submitted my P.F. withdrawal form in the EPFO Vashi office.Also they forwarded me the Aknowledgement Receipt. But when i filed a online complaint on EPFO website then i got mail reply from EPFO office that they had rejected my P.F. claim Because of the reason 3A 6A not submitted by the employer”.Please help me to get my PF.
