Replacement of damaged Philips iPod

I bought one Philips iPod,but it got dameged after a few months. The Service Centre(CHANDI PRAKASH SERVICE at Tinsukia) agreed to replace it. Eight months have passed,but till now they are not doing so. The Work Order No.is 422 of 09/04/2012.
