At this time, I did not have enough balance and again after two minutes I received a message Sorry You do not have sufficient balance to purchase the product.
I went to T Nagar Tata Docomo center and made a complaint, they credited back the amount to my account and asked me to contact the customer care.
I contacted the customer care but they said that I activated some service on my own which was not true.
Again today (28th November), I received a message You Have Purchased Podcast On Event Management As Career For Rs. 15 . Dial 533330101(free) To Listen To Expert Advice.non Renewable Your Balance is 16(Rs) at 2012-11-28 05:03:07
This is funny as I was sleeping at this time. The customer care is not responding properly, they are trying to blame the customer.
I totally have no idea what this Podcast is all about and why they are deducting Rs.15 everytime for the service which I am not using.
I am totally fed up with the Tata Docomo and really scared to go for a recharge again.
