I am a disgusted customer of “Tata Docomo”.My mobile number is 9283239485.

On 23rd November 2012, I received a message You Have Purchased Podcast On Best Windows 7 Phones In Market For Rs. 14.54 . Dial 533330101(free) To Listen To Expert Advice.non

Again on 25th November, I received a message You Have Purchased Podcast On Interview Preparation For Rs. 15 . Dial 533330101(free) To Listen To Expert Advice.non Renewable Your Balance is 1.8(Rs) at 2012-11-25 17:37:08

At this time, I did not have enough balance and again after two minutes I received a message Sorry You do not have sufficient balance to purchase the product.

I went to T Nagar Tata Docomo center and made a complaint, they credited back the amount to my account and asked me to contact the customer care.

I contacted the customer care but they said that I activated some service on my own which was not true.

Again today (28th November), I received a message You Have Purchased Podcast On Event Management As Career For Rs. 15 . Dial 533330101(free) To Listen To Expert Advice.non Renewable Your Balance is 16(Rs) at 2012-11-28 05:03:07

This is funny as I was sleeping at this time. The customer care is not responding properly, they are trying to blame the customer.

I totally have no idea what this Podcast is all about and why they are deducting Rs.15 everytime for the service which I am not using.

I am totally fed up with the Tata Docomo and really scared to go for a recharge again.

  2. I have recharged my card couple of times, and still it is giving you do not have sufficient balance to make this call.
    My number is 9033992051.

    I am scared I should not recharge my card again.
