blocked my number on complaining against company

Location/place: Raigarh, Chhattisgarh

Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I complained about the ill network reception in my area and activation of services without my permission causing deduction of balance, as a response the company’s costumer care blocked my number and is not receiving my call. now where should I go for further complains? please respond to my complain as soon as possible.
