Subject: – Complaint regarding service of My Dell Laptop.
Dear Sir,
I Rishi Kumar, from Greater Noida, working as Assistant Professor in IIMT College of Pharmacy. I had Purchased a Dell INSPIRON 14R Laptop ( Model no. N4010, Service tag no is JYFS4P1) through my friend Krishan Kumar Jindal as on 31 may 2011.
This Complaint is regarding the service provide by Dell Support.
Complain is as
1. The Complain was registered by me as on 6th may regarding heating problem of my laptop.
2. Dell Support replace the Mother board of my laptop as on 9th may 2012.( Case ID:- 856437144)
3. After that I had faced lot of problems with my laptop due to which I again registered my complaint telephonically to Mr. Shanker Parsad Dey, As on 25 may 2012. He told to format my computer three times. The issue was not dissolve upto my satisfaction. Then he told me that your computer is allright, there is no issue.
4. As on 31 May 2012 my Laptop warranty has been completed.
5. I had Called the customer care for up gradation of my warranty. I faced the problem with same mother board that was replaced as on 9th may 2012, As per the Customer care executive. He Told me that You have to bear the expenditure of that mother board.
6. It was the same issue that I was facing before my warranty expiration.
I request you to please direct the Dell India Pvt. Ltd. to resolve my issue.
