I want to logde a complaint against online shopping website pencamindia.com.

I ordered a pen camera but it doesnt work at all.
I tried to call them several times but they do not receive any call. A guy who provide this product name is Parminder Singh and his contact number is 9891407331.
I paid them 1800 ruppees through credit card.
