Name of company/service: vacs infotech

sir/madam ,
i am a graduate in btech and have just compeleted it in june 2012 and have been placed in a company “vacs infotech”. the company has asked us to give 30k as one month salary to be taken by company .now my concern is that i think the company is fake because of the following
1). they are saying that they handle many project
2. when we Google it there is nothing to adduce their statement that they are established since 1996 .

which again is a lame portal as if an amature has made it.
3.) it is registered on mca. i.e ministry of corporate affairs on 2011 only .. but in website providing fake details

4.)there is information about their offices in us, signapore .. but there is no way we can check the veracity of the company.
5.) even the tpo of the college has no information about the company execpt the number provided on the web portal and HR number which seem to be another fraud.

so i’ll be obliged if you could help us because i am not alone they hired around 400 from all college in india . and i have heard that they are hiring more man power from 2013 batch. it could be a scam of crores .
