Name of company/service: GODREJ

We had purchased Godrej refrigerator and with in one year it developed cracks on the walls. After sending several reminders a legal notice was served and the fridge was replaced only after paying the difference in the cost. The gas leaked in the fridge with in one year and it was filled in, at our cost. After 2 years there was again gas leakage and the compressor was replaced by the company. But with in a short span of time the problem again started.The gas leakage again and again is only due to the manufacturing defect, which the company is unwilling to accept. They are unwilling to take back the refrigerator and pay us the money. We are unwilling to take a replacement as we have suffered continously and lost trust and confidence in Godrej.
