Product Not deliver or not refund my money

I order a nokia c1 01 from timtara.com on 29.08.2012 order id : 10316354, but as on 20.11.2012 , they have not deliver my product or not refunding my money, i do a lot of hardwork for recovering my money, but all hardwork goes in vain, please hepl me
