CHEATING BY VLCC

Dear Sir,

I had signed in a weight reduction package with VLCC – Hyderabad. For getting the business from me they said to me that it would be gqauranteed weight loss program. Their package said loose 10kgs in 3 months that to I have to come only 3 times a week.
But the gaurantee was not fulfilled. This is a mere cheating VLCC has done.They had charged me Rs.20,000 approximately for this. I had no money still I had paid it via credit card on EMI basis. VLCC is cheating us.

    I also got this kind of promise, but no use. I’ve requested for refund after deducting amount for attended sessions, but no response from your team (Kukatpally, Hyd). As per your response, I’ve filled feedback and let me see if you will respond / call me

    vlcc kukatpally branch people is cheating the coustmers , on demanding more amount from the clients.

    I m sanju rani from ambala cantt. I am here enclosing a gift voucher which i got with vlcc facial kit. Can u plz tell me services which are mentioned on coupon from hair n skin consultation to nail cut, file & polish etc. , can i avail free of cost or have to pay something.

    But as i read all these services i cn avail without any cost bcz here on both sides of coupon itz not mention regardin payment .
    Plz rply me soon as it is valid till 10 aug,13.

    I am Poonam Yadav from Narnaul,Haryana. I have taken a package for slimming called turmo slim. One of the counsellor of the centre suggested me for 10 sessions of turmo slim,and made a package of 15000+tax.And than I ask for b-line package and she said its around 13000 aprx, and suggested me to take both. As I am from a middle class, I was not able to pay at that time, than she said you just take the package, and if you are not willing to take it afterward you can quit. She said you try one session and if you are not interested further you can just pay 2200+tax and than quit from b-line,and just pay your amount for turmo slim(15000+tax). At that time I started the package with 11000 and signed the bill for both because she said me to do that. But when I went there for my next session and I said them to pay my rest of the money for turmo slim only ,the manager refused to do so. The manager said that if you are not taking b-line than you’ll have to pay 25000 for turmo slim, but I was not told about this before taking the package.And she also said that I don’t know what the counsellor had told me , I can not give you at this amount.But it was decided before I took the package,that I will pay only 15000+tax for turmo slim. And now they are giving me 5 session of turmo slim in 11000.This is totally a cheating. They must have told me about this before. If you will make fool of your customers like this who will come to your vlcc. Definitely I’ll not. I am a college professor so nor I’ll will suggest any of my student to go there. Even I’ll tell everybody about this cheating. I want you to look into this matter and do justice with me. Your core values are “We will be fair, ethical and open towards our customers, employees and vendors”. And how can I cheat you .It was not an issue to pay 25000 but when they cheated me I decided not to give them more money and thought to complain you about this cheating. You have the right to know how customers are cheated by your centers. Even now its my heartly wish to continue with Vlcc but after your justice.I WANT MY 11000 REFUND AND WANT TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER CENTRE IN JAIPUR.I HOPE YOU WILL NOT SPOIL YOUL GOOD WILL. Since 1989 Vlcc is working as a good wellness centre in all over the India and abroad.I have heared so much about this but my experience is totally unsatisfied. I am a customer with kaya skin clinic since three years but never they did this kind of cheating with me. I hope you will do justice in this matter.

    I am also cheated in the same way as I unfortunately enrolled myself in a slimming package. I was transferred to other city after just taking 2 sessions and the people neither refunding my money nor transferring my package. kindly help me out of this situation. I got fed-up begging them for 2 years now 🙁 I want to raise a legal complaint against them.

    yes im agree with you vlcc is a cheater. I don`t a skin treatment for 60,000 for 3 month but zero result and also give there useless and expensive product. They are cheater.Im from Mumbai I visited to panvel vlcc. I will say they damage my skin. vlcc is cheater plzz don`t spend money in vlcc they are fake.. I think we should come together and take action against them..

    I am a happy client of vlcc.i took a package of figure correction.and I had lost from inches and as well as weight..am very happy and able to maintain my weight.thanks to vlcc kukatpally hyderabad

    Respected sir/Madam,
    I am a customer of VLCC from last many years .I used to visit shakespear sarani . branch ,(that time first branch in kolkata),then Kakurgachi branch it was closer to my house t,hen Salt lake sector 5 branch . Salt lake is closest to my house ,,,,I am a regular customers since last few years.I had visited when Megha was head, I had taken few packages…..They kept on adding everytime I would visit …..numerous packages were given to me. I have , waxing .facials, bodt therapy. cts , thremoslim.
    The manager of salt lake branch keeps on changing mine major packages were taken under , Megha then Madhumita.

    Mabhumita kept on loading me with packages saying “u take na I am there” ..At times she called me and requested me to take packages as their monthly sale was less.
    Know I have lots of grievences,

    1)I had taken body therapy package aftter speaking to Madumita……I was 15 minuted G5 , 1 hour massage and lipolictic cream application cover me with cling foil and then heat pad for hour …..This was the procedure they follwed for all my massages…..u may ask theraupist Jasmine. Jotysna, they used to give therapy……this continued even after new manager Shlima came…..Know all of sudden they are behaving funny and telling me they will not give heat pads
    and even my message time will be reduced by 15 minutes.This was not my package ….I had spoken ……after so many sessions why u want to cheat……
    .
    2)I was told for tummy CTS….I took one I had terrible cramps ……my stomach was tightened……so they converted each sessions into 2 cts each for upperface and lowerface. ………i would sign one after completing both upper face one day and lower face one day…..u may ask Viplabh………Mant a times I wanted to take sessions but in the beginning they had problems with staff….my appointments were given and he would not be there….Durga Puja …they did not give appointments saying they don’t give appointments to the people who take packages during pujas……Viplabh went for some training staff not ther for CTS……again he took holidays for his marriage…..u may check his attendance……meanwhile new manager Salima came…….she reduced my 2 sessions of face upper and lower to one sessions…..I paid for tummy and some face CTS landed with only face…….my sessions reduced.

    3)When handing me facial packages ….I was promised stemsologist international package….with hydrogenic acid………and kit they did my first facial…. is no longer there facial…….. so once they gave me detan facial…….then Shalima told my theraupist to give pearl message…..I shouted ….then thye gave me some other message…….they are saying stemsologist that kit no longer available.

    4)I had taken thermoslim for stomach and hipd….12…12….each…….on my very first hips sessions….when they put that pack my hips got burned…..terribly …..jasmine did it …….hips programme Shalima changed to some-other progarm without pack……I had tad taken one sessions…..still I was sacred….know they r telling me it is not showing in the computers ….they will not give hip treatment…..I have take pics of there card I can watts app………or I have send you from I cloud …in the subject is my email adress…

    I had gone by the words of Madhumita as she was managing a well reputed Vlcc……Today I had appointment with jasmine at 8-30……it was taken long time back…..i confirmed with her at Vlcc yesterday….then again in the evening I confirmed with her…….As morning hours r very precious …I confirm with her….her number was given by Bhim ….or some other staff in the morning as she was late one day…she confirmed…….I called Vlcc they told me theraupist is not there in morning……again I called Jasmine as why she is not coming….I was told Shalima told her not to come…. They r not giving appointments……Today again I called for appointments…..spoke to Shalima AND Madhumita ……not giving me appointments on the contrary telling me my packages will expire…..which ones not telling.

    I feel had I taken Vampire facials …3…or botox,,,,,then they would have provided me proper services
    Kindly look into matter urgently…..I still want to go to Vlcc….I really love your body therapies….Cts on my face was good…..
    At give the services Vlcc managers promised………….Don’t spoil your reputations…….some of you managers at times act like leeches …….pushing packages after packages,……

    I had a experience with VLCC, it was not satisfactory for the amount I paid, they doesn’t maintain CRM with their customers, no proper approach for customers, they promise us something and in turn something happens at end, totally waste of money. They never follow up, no counselling sessions, no reminders, no managemnet, VLCC failed out in my case

    I’ve taken glow facial, foot & scalp massage, waist and tummy trimming treatment on 26/12/2015 at Vlcc anna nagar branch, tamil nadu, kept gold jewelry in my bag. But it’s missing. When I enquired about this to the center no proper response to them. Kindly take necessary action.

When I enquired about this to the center no proper response to them. Kindly take necessary action. This s the way you treat the customer? Simply giving the response s customer? The jewelry was in my hand bag. Raised police complaint at K4 police station at Anna nagar.

    I m also cheated in the same. Vlcc froud he don’t go and join vlcc. Vlcc is a cheated centre. I m facing stomuck major operation becoz of vlcc wait loss service.

    Hi Everyone
    Vlcc is one the worst Health Care center. I dont know how they are getting customers . My wife had a very big tragedy at VLCC. SO guys be stay away from VLCC . Better throw your money in garbage bin then spending at VLCC.
