You Broadband — Provide quality services or scrap off your service in areas where u cant provide good quality service

I’m A.Uday Kiran. I have a you broadband connection of a/c no. 803722 with 10 mbps speed. From the starting the speed was max 3 mbps.. Everytime I give a complaint they simply send an sms after 1 day stating that the problem has been rectified. But the problem still persists. From the past 1 week the speed didnt touch even 0.5 mbps. I’ve complained no. of times to nodal officer and to appelate authority as well but of no use.. Worst ISP i’ve ever seen.. Pls ppl dont go for you broadband. It may be cheap but services are of very poor quality and customer service is the worst.
