I am Agent of Amway with add no 4810865 supplying product to my clients of Amway.
I had supplied one product named nutralite ( protien powder) to my client 18 months back with an expiry period of 3 years from the date of manufacture expiring on 07/1213.
but the customer has complained of some pest in the product before expiry
when i contacted the customer care in banglore i was surprised to hear from Mr Jai prakash that they cant do anything i can go to Consumer court .
As my client is going to consumer court kindly do the needful
as i wont have any other option but to support my client on the matter as i had seen the pest from my naked eye in the product.
