They provide me wrong information

Location/place: New delhi

Name of company/service: IDEA

I am requesting you that please resolve this problem and take a action on it.This complaint regarding my bill amount i am the subscriber of IDEA i am using the postpaid connection of the company and i want to use GPRS in my cell phone i raise a request for the same on 18 October and for confirmation i call on the customer service of IDEA and the executive provide me wrong information they said me on 19th October you can use your gprs service and as per his advice i am using the same in phone and they will charge me for that so that’s why i raise a complaint 2 time but there is no response from them so pls help me i know that is small amount for them but its very big for me so pls resolve my problem thanks
