I BROUGHT A AIRTEL DIGITAL TV NETWORK 3 MONTHS BEFORE BY PAYING ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTION, THE REMOTE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY WAS WORKING WELL SINCE VERY FIRST DAY BUT WE WERE ASSURED THAT ITS NORMAL . BUT NOW THE REMOTE HAS STOPPED WORKING AT ALL , I HAVE MADE THE COMPLAINT TO CUSTOMER CARE 3-4 TIMES BUT I AM NOT GETTING ASSURANCE FROM THE CUSTOMER . THEY ASSURED ME THAT THE TECHINICIAN WOULD BE COMING TO YOUR PLACE TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM , BUT NOBODY CAME TO MY HOME AND THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH US 3-4 TIMES . I AM SUFFERING WITH THE AFTER SALES SERVICE BEING PROVIED BY THE COMPANY
