Sir,
I saurabh kumar a customer of tata Docomo telecom service.My MSISDN no. is 8981152578 on my number a value added service(live Arti) has been activated without my any action.I have cancelled my activation on 06 nov 2012 at 9:45 am by contacting customer care.they told to refund my money,but till now they haven’t refund my money and again this service has been activated on 06 nov 2012 at 11:33 pm
