TATA PHOTON BILL

sIR,
I had been a user of the broadband Dongel since Jan 2010. the service was fine with no problems at all. It was a post paid connection .
2. During Jan after i used to have very frequent disconnections problems which every time i used to call the customer care to rectify. I even threatened that i would not pay them the monthly bill.
3. After getting no reply i stopped payment of that months bills. After which the bill were generated every month for the next three months. The total due was about 1.4k. After which when i got a call from local partners about payment i refused saying that solve my issues then i will pay the amount.
4. Yesterday i get a call from someone saying that he’s a big lawyer from Delhi and he is waiting for a copy of arrest warrant but can help me if i cough up the unpaid bill which is nearly 2.4know.
The most important issue is the I dint recived any notice because am not in the address provided to TATA PHOTON at the time of getting connection. My question is is there any rule in the law to arrest for non payment of bills for the service not provided.

Please help me what i have to do now??

    Ii had a postpaid photon plusr connection which i discontinued due to false billing and Network as well as service problems.I visited TATA office two times regarding my problems but my problem was not solved.Finally I decided to discontinue the service.Today I got a call from a lady (9891383417) regarding case in my name in tees hazari court in delhi.She gave me the no of Advocate Rakesh sharma(7838371611) and my case no.(100/76) to discuss about the case.When I called the advocate he first threatned me and then asked 15k to solve the matter outside the court.When I enquired about the advocate in the court I was shocked.Neither the advocate was found in the court records nor his conatct no.He was totally a fraud.Also i came to know the lady who called me was a fraud

    i m the user of postpaid aircel its very comfortable.after that one executive said more benifits after that i use tata docomo with 400 monthly bill.after that 900, after that 1200, 1400 .inbetween 1200 non payment due to my suituation i cant pay.after that they put a bill 3000 bill amount.this is fully un digest.there s no support for my plan changing they said u must after one weak.till that weak there is no response.
