EMI not converted

Location/place: New Delhi

Name of company/service: DG World

Dear Sir,

I make transaction of Rs.10750/- against on dated 24th Nov.’2011 through EMI from M/s DG World ,Lajpat Nagar ,New delhi -110024 but till the its not converted in EMI . I have a merchant copy which has mentioned there 6 EMI . Our banker has charged Interest and late payment fee more than 2400/-and when i talk to M/s DG World employee they didn’t hearing anything .

I request to you, kindly short out of my issue on urgent basis.
