manufacturing defect in mobile phone

i am manu rawal from ghazibad, uttar pradesh, i bought a cell phone (blackberry 9860) this phone is not working properly… two times i have also sended phone to the service centre but there is no improvement in the phone. phone is as same as before. so i just want consumer court to help me i just want my cell phone to replaced by company..
