I purchased laptop bag from Konark canteen jodhpur on 3 sep 2012 , on 7 sep 2012 i found it had a hole in it , as i was in thane i made a complaint in ur store in Koram Mall thane, but he does not replace my bag, and suggest me to go to same canteen , on 23 rd oct 2012 i asked canteen supervisor,jodhpur for replacement of bag,but he also refused. Pl help me to replace this bag .
